We have a huge amount of experience.  The two brokers that run CalHomeCo have sold over 3,000 homes in the past 12 years.  We have also sold over 100 homes where we had direct financial and ownership interest.  This means that we have a very high level of experience with every situation possible in any real estate transaction.  We know what it takes to buy and sell homes in every type of market.

Other times this may mean buying a dated home and doing a full renovation before moving in.

We are well connected.  In this business who you know is as important as what you know.  Recently our staging consultant helped turn a sellers very nice house into a house that looked like a professionally staged beautiful home.  This is a highly effective tool for selling homes. On another transaction, we had a really odd issue with an erroneous claim on title. Since we have a long-standing relationship with our title company, I called the Chief Risk Officer and he signed off on the issue.  This helped save the deal and kept everyone on the timeline for closing and moving.
  6. We have a great social media and online presence.  We use the latest tools for marketing including pro photos, drone videos, virtual reality tours, exposure on local TV shows, radio shows and much more.   Google either of our managing brokers and you’ll find a huge amount of info about them.
