SEE WHAT BUILDS
Rev Share Calculator
Every agent you sponsor.
Every level they unlock.
See what it builds.
Plug in your team structure and stock-award assumptions. This calculator mirrors the ROA revenue-share tier progression and shows both your annual rev share and the stock-award value you could accumulate.
All inputs are private — nothing is saved or sent. Illustrative only; actual earnings depend on production, sponsorship activity, and share price at award.
Revenue share by level
Set the annual rev share paid per agent at each level and how many agents you sponsor. Your Level 1 agent count (your direct sponsors) unlocks the deeper tiers — see how the gate works below.
How tier unlocks work
Your Level 1 agent count acts as the gate for every deeper level. Until you sponsor enough directly, deeper-level agents pay a reduced rev share, and the difference shows up as Missing Rev — the amount you would have earned if the level were fully unlocked.
| Level | Fully unlocked at | Reduced rate (if partial) | No payout below |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 2 | 3 L1 agents | $1,400 (with ≥1 L1) | 0 L1 agents |
| Level 3 | 6 L1 agents | $700 (with ≥3 L1) | <3 L1 agents |
| Level 4 | 9 L1 agents | $350 (with ≥6 L1) | <6 L1 agents |
| Level 5 | 23 L1 agents | $350 (with ≥9 L1) | <9 L1 agents |
| Infinity | 23 L1 agents | — | <23 L1 agents |
Agent attraction stock
Each Level 1 agent you attract awards 400 stock units to you. Set the share-price assumptions below to see what those units are worth at two price points.
Potential stock value — GCI milestones
In addition to attraction stock, you earn stock units at three production milestones. Set each milestone's stock units and the two share-price scenarios; the table calculates each milestone's dollar value automatically.
Your total potential
Annual rev share plus the total stock-award value across attraction and GCI milestones, at both share-price scenarios.
No tricks. Just the plan, applied to your numbers.
Every calculation on this page mirrors the ROA Rev Share & Stock model. Here's exactly what happens under the hood.
Revenue share
Level 1 pays your set rev-share amount times your agent count directly:
agents × rev share.
Levels 2 – Infinity depend on how many Level 1 agents you sponsor. When you fully unlock a level, that level pays its full rev-share amount. When you're partially there, it pays a reduced fallback rate (per the ROA plan). Below the minimum, the level pays nothing.
Missing Rev is the gap: what a level would have paid at full unlock minus what it pays at your current gate. It tells you what growing your Level 1 by one more sponsor is really worth.
Stock award value
Agent attraction: each Level 1 agent earns you
400 stock units. Multiply by your assumed share price for the potential value.
GCI milestones: stock units accrue at three production milestones — your 1st transaction, paying your ROA cap, and hitting $200k GCI. Each row shows the dollar value at both share-price scenarios.
The two share prices are intentional bookends. Actual value at award is determined by share price when units vest — which nobody can promise in advance.
This calculator is an illustration based on published ROA revenue-share and stock-award structures. Actual earnings depend on your production, your sponsorship activity, share price at award, and other factors outside this model. Nothing here is a guarantee or an offer.
