Henish Pulickal

Henish Pulickal has flipped over 100 homes in San Diego and has built a career rooted in real estate, construction, and investing. Since 2002, he has worked full-time in multiple roles within the industry, including underwriting, sales, servicing, management, and consulting for some of the largest banks in the U.S.

He became a Realtor in 2009, a Broker in 2017, and today serves as the CEO of The California Home Company (CalHomeCo) and CalHomeCo Construction, a partnership of real estate, investment, and general contracting companies. Over his career, Henish has been involved in more than $1 billion in mortgages and real estate transactions.

Henish is passionate about finding opportunities others might miss, analyzing deals, and guiding people through every stage of real estate — from flips and investments to construction and loans. He’s always open to connecting and sharing his knowledge to help others succeed.
