Join us on Tuesday, August 26 from 12:00–1:30 PM at the CalHomeCo office for a collaborative session where you’ll bring real property addresses, and we’ll break down the numbers live. We’ll cover how to evaluate fix-and-flip deals, calculate renovation costs, determine ARVs (After Repair Value), and decide if a property is best flipped, held for cash flow, or better passed on.
