Years of property management, construction, residential rental ownership, and licensed real estate transaction experience make me uniquely qualified to represent you in the sale, or purchase, of your home.  I'm a proactive communicator and problem solver who loves the challenge of finding the perfect home and negotiating the greatest possible deal for you, my clients!

When I'm not busy finding or selling your home, I can be found at BSA Scout meetings (and outings) for my Son's Troop 260 and my Daughter's Troop 555 - they are both on the path to EAGLE!   Or, I might be helping serve Spaghetti dinner or Friday fish fry to raise funds for our parish.  I've been focusing lately on learning about Senior Life Transitions and I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the State of California Department of Real Estate.
